2015: Officially launched the Learning Management Software (LMS) complete with Success Training Institute Original Courses
2014: Developed the SIPS Instructional Method

2013: Developed soft skills training programs for teachers and students with a focus on leadership, decision making, time management and conflict resolution.
2012: Founded two charter schools (Dallas and Fort Worth) which catered to the educational and developmental needs of students and families in underserved areas.
2011: Became one of the youngest non-profit organization leaders to receive a charter school contract with the state of Texas
