Wallace has been in the trenches as a leader and gained a vast amount of experience over the course of his career; which he freely passes on to his mentees.

Over the course of his business career, DL Wallace has provided jobs to hundreds of men and women of diverse nationalities, cultures and skill levels. As a CEO and Founder, many of the companies under Wallace’s leadership experienced explosive growth, market dominance and made positive impacts in the communities: and in some cases, his companies received national attention.

Wallace spent almost a decade in the corporate arena holding key management and executive positions and excelling in them all. As an entrepreneur, he owned his first business at the age of 20 while still a full time student at Baylor University. This gave Wallace the opportunity to apply classroom theories to real world business situations. His entrepreneurial and corporate success afforded him the ability to retire at age 32.

DL Wallace and his team have created over 700 original training classes; with a primary emphasis on soft skills development. The highly engaging content allows users to earn certifications through Wallace’s latest company: The Success Training Institute. Each month Wallace and his staff create new lessons to encourage life learning and perpetual positivity. DL Wallace is a devoted husband and father of six beautiful daughters. As a result of his commitment to family Wallace family hosts Family Workshops at local churches. Emphasizing biblical themes of family togetherness, communication and commitment, the video series entitled 15 Minutes of Family has served as the catalyst for mending broken homes and strengthening the family bond. Wallace believes the first and greatest gift is a family and enjoys quality time with those nearest and dearest to him.
